Our Immigration Committee's Refugee Family Mentoring program is designed to provide comprehensive support and resources to alleviate these challenges.
Comprehensive Mentoring Program
Our comprehensive mentoring program aims to empower and uplift refugee families, helping them overcome barriers, achieve independence, and integrate into their new communities. The program consists of the following key elements:
1. Initial Needs Assessment
Upon joining our program, each refugee family undergoes an initial needs assessment. This assessment helps us identify their specific needs, strengths, and opportunities for growth. With this information, we tailor our mentoring approach to ensure maximum impact and support.
