Our Foundation: Core Beliefs
At Pathways Baptist Church, we believe in the divine authority and inspiration of the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments. We stand firmly on the belief that there is one true God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
The Nature of God
God is the loving Creator of all things, perfect in power, wisdom, and holiness. He is infinite and omniscient, existing outside of time and space. Our faith in God drives our mission to worship, glorify, and serve Him.
The Salvation Through Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God and the promised Messiah, came to earth, lived a sinless life, and willingly died on the cross to redeem humanity from sin. Through His atoning sacrifice, we can find forgiveness and salvation. By faith in Jesus, we receive the gift of eternal life.
The Role of the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity, empowers and guides believers. He convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. The Holy Spirit also indwells, sanctifies, and empowers every believer, equipping them with spiritual gifts to serve the church and impact the world.
Our Teachings: Biblical Principles
Pathways Baptist Church offers a nurturing environment where the Bible is proclaimed as the infallible Word of God. Our teachings are grounded in biblical principles, providing guidance for a life of faith and discipleship.
The Authority of Scripture
We believe that the Bible is God's inspired and authoritative Word. It reveals His character, His plan for redemption, and provides principles for righteous living. We hold the Bible as the final authority in matters of faith and practice.
Baptism and Communion
As a Baptist church, we practice water baptism by immersion, symbolizing a believer's identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We also observe communion, remembering His sacrifice and anticipating His return.
Significance of Prayer
We prioritize prayer as an essential aspect of our relationship with God. Through prayer, we seek His guidance, present our needs, intercede on behalf of others, and express our worship and gratitude. We encourage a consistent prayer life for all believers.

As part of the River Of Life Assemblies Int’l community and society organization, we actively support international missions efforts. We send missionaries and provide financial and prayer support to spread the Gospel, plant churches, and initiate sustainable community development projects.
